Ross Valley Players presents Jane Austen’s “Pride & Prejudice”
Directed by Phoebe Moyer, Adapted by Jon Jory
Performed November 11– December 12, 2010
The Ross Valley Players presents the classic story, set in the Regency era, brought to the stage in this 2005 adaptation by Jon Jory. Finding a husband among unsuitable suitors consumes Elizabeth Bennet’s mother and sisters. Set in a society where snubs and deceit abound, the Bennet family matches pride and prejudice to reach a happy ending in this classic romantic story featuring a modern, independent heroine. Directed by Phoebe Moyer.
